Electric Vehicle first appeared in the mid-19th century, but the electric vehicle had certain disadvantages such as high cost, low speed, and short range of battery.
Over the time these electric vehicles got replaced with new, higher quality fuel vehicles. The internal combustion engine has been the king on the roadways for over 100 years.
The fuel vehicles emit pollutants which cause immediate and long-term effects on the environment. Car exhausts emit a wide range of gases and solid matter, causing global warming, acid rain, and harming the environment and human health. Apart from environmental reasons, there are many other practical reasons because of which EVs are on the rise.
If more charging stations are built, the range anxiety of the people will be less, this will increase the number of potential consumers to buy more EV’s. New consumers are also paying attention to the maintenance of electric vehicles which are ultimately cheaper than their fuel-powered vehicles.
Though some people still have doubts that electric revolution will replace fuel-powered cars, EVs are becoming more popular every day.
As a result higher the gas prices soar, more EVs will be on the road.
